Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a strategic cybersecurity executive to serve as Account Portfolio Leader for our federal portfolio, including CISA. This role engages senior government stakeholders and shapes the cyber vision with mission-aligned solutions.

You will lead revenue, growth, and delivery across multiple programs, mentor leaders, and drive enterprise collaboration to strengthen nationwide cybersecurity and sustain ECS's market leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in cybersecurity and federal program management.
• Experience managing large, complex portfolios with >$100M revenue and P&L accountability.
• Proven track record growing accounts through new business wins, contract expansions, recompetes, and strategic customer engagement.
• Experience leading organizations, programs, or portfolios across multiple customers, contracts, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success breaking into new accounts and establishing long‑term customer relationships.
• Experience leading within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance of an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies that align customer priorities, delivery excellence, and growth objectives.
• Drive accountability for portfolio performance, forecasting, resource planning, and achievement of AOP targets.
• Lead portfolio reviews and business rhythms to assess performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and acquisition officials.
• Serve as the senior ECS representative across assigned accounts and customer organizations.
• Drive organic account growth through recompetes and new work investments, and grow adjacent mission opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Solutions teams to develop and execute growth plans.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Maintain a portfolio-wide view of customer trends and competitive positioning.
• Mentor program managers and lead workforce planning.
