Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi, a Infosys Nova Holdings, LLC business unit, seeks a Senior Project Manager to independently lead complex delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholder groups in a remote United States setting.

You will integrate scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, governance, and change into a coherent delivery approach, mentor junior PMs, and strengthen delivery discipline while navigating ambiguity and changing plans to keep momentum and client outcomes on track.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in project management
• Ability to independently lead complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Strong command of integrated planning, scope and change control, scheduling, budgeting
• Experience anticipating delivery risks and mitigation plans
• Experience coordinating cross-functional client and internal teams
• Experience mentoring junior project delivery practitioners

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex projects with minimal oversight
• Build integrated plans across workstreams, milestones, teams, vendors, and dependencies
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and delivery recovery tradeoffs
• Protect quality, acceptance criteria, readiness, team health, and delivery commitments
• Lead governance forums and communicate delivery health and options to senior audiences
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers
