Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience managing projects or engagements.
• Ability to independently lead complex projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and vendors.
• Strong command of integrated project planning, scope/change control, scheduling, budgeting, and governance.
• Experience leading complex governance forums and presenting decision-ready options to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex projects with minimal oversight and align activities to client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, milestones, and dependencies.
• Make tradeoffs on scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality as conditions change.
• Protect quality, readiness, and delivery commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead governance forums and clearly communicate options, impacts, and actions.
