Blue Acorn iCi in the United States is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead delivery across complex accounts and multi-program portfolios within Adobe Experience Cloud. You will align governance, financials, quality, and risk with client objectives while guiding senior practitioners and delivery managers.

This role requires 10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to navigate cross-program dependencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership across highly complex accounts or portfolios.
• Experience establishing integrated operating direction across governance, financials, quality, risk, and commercial commitments.
• Ability to evaluate critical delivery decisions and advise stakeholders.
• Proven track record resolving cross-program conflicts and guiding practitioners.
• Experience overseeing portfolio financial health and client satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery across highly complex accounts or strategic delivery domains.
• Establish governance, escalation mechanisms, and course-correction practices.
• Coordinate delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud tracks and stakeholders.
• Guide and coach Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and senior practitioners.
• Translate portfolio lessons into reusable operating standards.
