Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Delivery Manager to own delivery performance for complex client accounts and defined portfolio segments. You will translate commitments into operating plans, staffing, governance, and financial controls to ensure predictable outcomes across multiple projects and programs.

You will mentor Program and Senior Project Managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee delivery health, risks, and capacity while driving continuous improvement in governance practices.

Qualifications

Over 10 years in delivery, program, project, or portfolio management.
Proven ability to own delivery outcomes across multiple projects or programs.
Strong delivery planning, governance, and risk management expertise.
Ability to document decisions with options, trade-offs, risks and rationale.

Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes and operational performance across a complex account or delivery domain.
Translate commitments into operating plans, milestones, staffing, governance, and quality standards.
Lead reviews, RAID management, escalations, and change controls across projects.
Mentor Program Managers and Senior Project Managers to scale governance practices.
