Job summary

In this hybrid role you will collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Technology, manage roadmaps and budgets, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure governance and value delivery across Salesforce, SAP, cloud services, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering business-critical technology solutions across Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Customer Experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, cloud services, data and analytics platforms, customer portals, and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Strong proven understanding of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, with experience handling roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead central initiatives that modernize how bp and TA acquire, lead, price, contract, and grow commercial customers.
• Define future state roadmaps and measurable programs across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate vision into executable plans.
• Ensure governance, executive visibility, and delivery accountability across multiple teams and initiatives.
