bp is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, B2B Sales to lead modernization of how bp and TA acquire, lead, price, contract, and grow commercial customers. You’ll drive transformation programs that enhance sales effectiveness, simplify operations, and improve end-to-end customer experience across the commercial lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to translate visions into executable roadmaps.

Formación

• Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technology delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering business-critical technology solutions across Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Customer Experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, cloud services, data and analytics platforms, customer portals, and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Strong proven understanding of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, with experience handling roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and backlogs.
• Demonstrated AI-first attitude and experience bringing to bear AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, enhance team productivity, and drive better business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology delivery initiatives across Salesforce, pricing and revenue platforms, AWS, cloud services, and data analytics.
• Create roadmaps, budgets, and delivery plans; act as liaison between business and technology teams.
• Ensure investments support growth, efficiency, customer experience, and modernization of capabilities.
• Maintain governance and executive visibility across multiple teams and programs.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and measure outcomes to guide priorities.
