Job summary

BP Americas, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, B2B Sales, to lead central initiatives modernizing how bp acquires, prices, contracts, and grows commercial customers.

You will drive transformation programs spanning Salesforce, data analytics, and enterprise platforms across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. This hands-on role requires coordinating with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology partners, making prioritization decisions, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering business-critical technology solutions across Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Customer Experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, cloud services, data and analytics platforms, customer portals, and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Strong proven understanding of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, with experience handling roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Data-driven decision making to guide product strategy and investments.
• Resource, vendor, and financial management across teams and initiatives.
