Prime Pensions in the United States is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Administrator to join our Large Plan Services Team. This fully remote role supports large 401(k) and profit sharing clients with complex design, recordkeeping, and testing needs while coordinating with sponsors and service providers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of defined contribution plan industry experience.
• Extensive experience with large 401(k) and profit sharing plans.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, recordkeeping, and communications for DC plans.
• At least two years remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior consultant and administrator for large 401(k) and profit sharing clients.
• Address complex plan design, recordkeeping, compliance testing, and demographic data requirements.
• Advise on single- and multi-employer plan administration and regulatory matters.
• Research and resolve complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with sponsors, auditors, advisors, plan counsel and management.
