Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator to join its remote team.

You will guide clients and referral partners through the full life of retirement plans, from design conversations to Form 5500, delivering accurate reports and guidance with modern tools. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retirement plan administration, familiarity with PensionPro/DATAIR/ftwilliam, and is interested in ASPPA/NIPA credentials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• Experience with PensionPro, DATAIR, or ftwilliam is a plus
• Interest in earning ASPPA, NIPA, or similar credential

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual valuation reports for defined contribution plans
• Review compliance testing and IRS filings such as Form 5500
• Calculate contribution allocations for plan illustrations
• Main client contact coordinating with CPAs and advisors
• Review plan amendments and file copies
• Collaborate with BD and onboarding on proposals and guidance
