Definiti LLC is seeking a Defined Contribution Administration Manager to lead a remote team of retirement plan administrators. You will oversee workflow, ensure deadlines, and maintain compliance across multiple clients. Strong leadership and deep knowledge of retirement testing are essential.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring staff. Remote-first culture supports flexible work arrangements with a focus on delivering high-quality client service

Qualificações

• Experience with retirement plans and compliance testing is required.
• Supervisory experience in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 8 to 15 retirement plan administrators.
• Motivate, lead, and support team members to provide excellent customer service while meeting deadlines.
• Interface with other DC Administration Managers for process improvements.
• Document processes and update as needed.
• Assist and support company goals and objectives.
• Resolve internal questions and issues within the team.
• Communicate with clients, financial advisors, CPAs on escalated items.
• Develop alternatives to improve efficiency and implement changes.
• Train and mentor staff; be SME in compliance testing and industry knowledge.
• Monitor team productivity and deadlines.
• Assist with FTW and Pension Pro software questions.
• Act as point of contact for key client relationships.
• Review plan sponsor requests; lead special projects and annual reviews.

5+ years in retirement industry
