Prime Pensions, Inc. seeks a Senior Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Administrator to join our Large Plan Services team. This fully remote role focuses on consulting and administration for large 401(k) and profit sharing plans with complex design and data needs.

You will collaborate with sponsors, service providers, auditors, and senior management to ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and high-quality client service across multiple plans nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the defined contribution plan industry.
• Experience supporting large 401(k) and profit sharing plans with complex design and demographics.
• Remote work experience from a non-office location with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior consultant and administrator for large 401(k) and profit sharing clients.
• Advise on plan design, recordkeeping, compliance testing, and demographic data needs.
• Coordinate with sponsors, service providers, and regulators on ongoing administration.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and related regulatory filings as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, quality control, and timely deliverables.
