Prime Pensions, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Administrator II to manage the annual administration and compliance of 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, and related Defined Contribution plans in a hybrid work arrangement between Chico, CA and remote.

The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, extensive plan administration experience, and the ability to work with limited supervision to deliver accurate results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of retirement plan administration and compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with 401(k), Profit Sharing and Money Purchase plans preferred.
• Credentials such as QKA/QPA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual administration and compliance work for 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, and related Defined Contribution retirement plans.
• Administer plans with varying sizes and complexity with limited supervision.
• Perform ADP/ACP nondiscrimination testing and cross-testing.
• Prepare accurate annual report summaries and supporting calculations.
• Maintain records and ensure adherence to plan terms and regulatory requirements.
