The Senior Defined Benefit Operations Analyst in Oregon delivers and administrates Defined Benefits pension plans. This role acts as SME for client rules, leads change through the full project lifecycle, and ensures high-quality service delivery.

You will mentor junior analysts and guide process improvements. Qualified candidates have Defined Benefits experience, advanced Excel skills, and SQL expertise, with strong analytical and client-facing abilities.

Formación

• Formal education and/or relevant professional experience in Defined Benefits pension administration.
• Strong knowledge of Defined Benefits processes, plan rules, eligibility, participant data, and administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and SQL query execution experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for ongoing processing quality and adherence to client requirements.
• Provide insight to internal and external stakeholders on operational activities, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Execute established Defined Benefits administration processes with minimal supervision.
• Research and resolve escalated eligibility, participant data, system, and service delivery issues.
• Triage intermediate system issues and validate system processing against business and client requirements.
• Serve as a SME for client rules, plan provisions, and expectations.
• Lead change work through the full project lifecycle, from Discovery through Go-Live, including project management and implementation coordination.
• Interface directly with external client contacts to define and scope change requests.
• Maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides, and process documentation, securing client sign-off as needed.
• Serve as a steward for Conduent Data Requirements, partnering with the Data Management team.
• Identify system and processing enhancements that improve quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Perform peer reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of team deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Perform duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards.
