Job summary

Conduent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Analyst with strong Defined Benefits expertise to serve as the SME for pension administration systems.

You will partner with business, client services, operations and technology to lead system changes and translate Defined Benefits requirements into effective technology solutions. The role requires leading requirements gathering, impact analysis, testing and UAT, guiding Business Analysts and SMEs, and communicating complex technical information

Qualifications

• Strong Defined Benefits pension administration knowledge.
• Experience supporting pension/benefits administration systems.
• Background as a Business/Systems/Technical Analyst.
• Familiarity with Defined Benefits plan provisions, benefit calculations, eligibility, and participant data.
• Experience with requirements gathering, system changes, testing, and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
• Experience working across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Defined Benefits administration and LWConnect functionality.
• Partner with client and CSM on systemic changes, enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate work with OTS and other technology teams to ensure delivery of system changes.
• Translate Defined Benefits requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support pension administration processes including benefit calculations, eligibility, and participant data.
• Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, testing and UAT.
• Analyze complex system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Guide Business Analysts and SMEs through project activities and deliverables.
• Develop process flows, requirements, user documentation, and training materials.
• Act as liaison between business, operations, client, and technology teams.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
