Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance to meet service levels and expectations.
• Represent Defined Benefit in planning meetings and coordinate with partner units.
• Mentor team members and manage performance; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Support strategic goals of senior management and promote cost reduction.
• Plan for capacity, budgeting, and succession to ensure quality service.
