Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Formal education and 4+ years of relevant expertise in defined benefits.
• Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
• Project management skills.
• 3 years of SQL query execution & development.
• Familiarity with project life cycle and project management.

Responsibilities

• Executing established client-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and oversight from senior leadership.
• Researching and responding to client and participant escalated issues (such as eligibility, data, service delivery, etc.).
• Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
• Performing peer review on work completed by other team members.
• Interfacing with external client contacts to scope change work.
• Review and maintain business requirements, administrative guides and process documents, making updates and obtaining client sign-offs as needed.
• Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.
• Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from discovery through Go-Live, including project management.
• Acting as subject-matter expert for client rules & expectations.
• Act as steward for Conduent data requirements in partnership with the data management team.
