Job summary

Secmation is seeking a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to join our mission-focused engineering team in a hybrid work setting in Huntsville, AL. You will own hands-on system integration, verification, validation, and test execution from benchtop and lab environments through HWIL and field test events.

The role requires 8+ years in defense-oriented systems engineering, strong RF/embedded/hardware/software experience, and MBSE proficiency.Travel and government interfacing may be involved;

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in systems integration, verification, validation, or test engineering in defense.
• Experience with RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Own system integration, verification, validation, and test activities for complex defense systems.
• Plan and execute test procedures and verification methods.
• Analyze data and prepare detailed test reports.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and manage integration risks, defects, and test readiness.
• Prepare technical briefings and customer presentations.
