Job summary

Secmation seeks a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to own hands-on integration, verification, validation, and testing of RF-, embedded-, hardware-, and software-intensive defense systems.

This role emphasizes technical execution, troubleshooting, test planning, verification, and customer-facing readiness in a hybrid Huntsville, AL environment approved for a 9/80 schedule and potential field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in systems integration, verification, validation, test engineering, or related roles in defense or national security.

Responsibilities

• Own system integration, verification, validation, and test activities for complex defense systems.
• Translate requirements into executable test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform system-level test execution, data analysis, and detailed test reporting.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive test readiness and issue resolution.
