Job summary

Secmation seeks a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to lead hands-on integration, verification, validation, and testing of RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems in defense programs. You will work across benchtop, HWIL, field, and flight-test environments, coordinating with government customers and partners.

The role emphasizes independent execution, problem solving, and clear technical communication to leadership and customers in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in systems integration, verification, validation, or test engineering.
• Experience with RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems in defense or national security.

Responsibilities

• Own system integration, verification, validation, and test activities for complex defense systems.
• Translate requirements into executable test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; report progress.
