Job summary

Secmation in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to lead hands-on system integration, verification, validation, and test execution for complex RF, embedded, hardware, and software-intensive defense systems.

This highly technical, individual-contributor role requires strong problem-solving, MBSE familiarity, and coordination with Government customers and internal teams across benchtop to field tests.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance (able to obtain TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related
• 8 years in systems integration, verification, validation, test engineering
• Experience with RF, embedded, hardware, software systems
• MBSE tools used to support system definition and verification
• Own integration and test activities end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Independently own system integration, verification, validation, and test activities.
• Translate requirements into executable test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Perform hands-on benchtop, HWIL, field, and flight-test activities.
• Prepare detailed test reports and briefings for leadership and customers.
