Job summary

Secmation is seeking a senior systems integration engineer to own hands-on integration, verification, validation, and test activities for defense systems. You will work across benchtop through HWIL, field, and flight-test environments, collaborating with Government customers and industry partners. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in systems integration and test engineering.
• Experience with RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems.
• DoD or national security program experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently own system integration, verification, and test activities.
• Plan and execute test activities across benchtop, HWIL, field, and flight-test environments.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and drive readiness and issue resolution to closure.
