Job summary

Secmation is seeking a senior System Integration & Test Engineer to join a mission-focused team. You will own hands-on integration, verification, validation, and test execution for complex defense systems from benchtop to field environments, including HWIL and flight-test activities.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary troubleshooting, MBSE-driven verification, and direct collaboration with Government customers and partners to ensure test readiness and issue closure.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 8+ years in systems integration, verification, validation, or test engineering.
• Strong background integrating RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience applying MBSE to support system definition and verification.
• Experience coordinating with Government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Independently own system integration, verification, validation and test activities end-to-end.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, verification methods and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Produce detailed test reports and give technical briefings.
