Job summary

Secmation is seeking a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to own hands-on integration, verification, validation, and test of complex RF, embedded, hardware, and software systems for national defense. You will work across benchtop, HWIL, field, and flight-test environments in a hybrid on-site role.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in defense systems engineering, MBSE experience, and a track record delivering test-readiness and formal test events. U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years in system integration, verification, validation, or test roles in defense.

Responsibilities

• Own system integration, verification, validation, and test activities.
• Perform hands-on testing from benchtop to HWIL, field, and flight-test environments.
• Develop test plans, procedures, verification methods, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Analyze data and deliver detailed test reports and briefings.
