Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW division at Tinker AFB, OK. This full-time hybrid role focuses on systems engineering, risk management, and technical documentation across lifecycle activities, including integration, deployment, and sustainment, with responsibilities across reviews and IPT support.

Applicants should have U.S. citizenship, a related bachelor's degree with extensive DoD experience or equivalent, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, or 15 years with DoW experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program portfolio reviews and design system tests to ensure performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and management reports for planning and corrective actions.
• Provide engineering support and training across acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, and deployment.
