Astrion is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW with AWACS modernization efforts at Tinker AFB, OK. The role requires DoD experience, a Secret clearance, and US citizenship, with responsibilities spanning systems engineering, risk management, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in the discipline, five with DoD.
Or 15 years of directly related experience, eight with DoD.
Active Secret clearance required.
US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive program portfolio reviews and design system tests.
Review plans, designs, and test results for subsystems and systems.
Prepare documentation, presentations, and analyses for planning and corrective actions.
Provide engineering support across acquisition, deployment, and operations.
Support risk management and trade studies within DoD/Air Force frameworks.
Analyze proposals for feasibility, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.
