Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Specialist for a full-time hybrid role at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will review specifications, maintain drawing packages, and support TCTOs and change control while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and readiness. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3 years of DoD/DoW experience or 7 years related experience with 5 in DoW, and an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years DoD/DoW experience or 7 years related experience with 5 in DoW.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required for the role.
• Experience with radar systems or range-systems hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and modify program specifications for hardware/software per standards.
• Maintain and update drawing packages and revisions.
• Prepare Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) for changes and inspections.
• Support CCB directives and manage publication/distribution of technical orders.
