Job summary

Torch Technologies, located onsite at Tinker AFB, OK, seeks an Equipment Specialist to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW with system specification reviews, drawing management, and CM processes. The role requires DoD experience, a related degree, and an active Secret clearance.

The team delivers integrated logistics and engineering support for airborne C2 systems. Responsibilities include maintaining drawing packages, supporting TCTOs, and coordinating with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of DoD/DoW experience, or 7 years of directly related experience (5 in DoW).

Responsibilities

Review and update program specifications for hardware and software to meet requirements and standards.
Maintain current drawing packages for all modifications; ensure latest versions are on file.
Ship drawing packages and revisions to support modification workflows.
Provide technical support and analysis for field, depot, and modification issues.
Prepare Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) for configuration changes and inspections.
Support CM activities, including DRs, AFTO forms and CM documentation.
Produce and track OSS&E reporting data and documentation across CM domains.
Assist with transition to a digital technical order system.
