Qualifications

• BA degree + 4-8+ years of relevant experience
• Masters or Juris Doctor degree + 2-6+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, licensing agreements, and organizational conflict of interest considerations
• Experience with Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate major proposals; monitor major contracts; engage in key negotiations; resolve complex contractual issues
• Draft, review, and ensure compliance with contract terms including IP provisions
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage risk and change
