Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead advanced technology development programs within the Cyber - Connected Battlespace Emerging Capabilities (CBEC) organization in Cedar Rapids, IA.

You will guide cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams, manage technical performance, cost, and schedule, and engage with DoW S&T customers including DARPA, AFRL, NRL, NSA to align execution with priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience with EVMS and risk & opportunity management.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple customer-funded programs within the CBEC organization.
• Provide program leadership for technical performance, financial results, schedules, and contractual commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across dispersed locations to align resources and priorities.
• Drive pursuit and capture activities in coordination with Business Development and Engineering.
• Engage with DoW S&T customers (DARPA, AFRL, NRL, NSA, prime contractors) to manage expectations and priorities.
• Oversee program risks, costs, and EACs; track PMRs and schedules.
• Travel up to 25% to support program execution and customer engagement.
