RTX's Collins Aerospace division in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a seasoned Program Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of complex systems and services. You will manage program financials, coordinate with controllers and leads, and develop integrated schedules with resource-planning, ensuring milestones are met.

Ideal candidates bring a university degree with 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering multi-million dollar programs

Qualificações

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
• 3+ years' experience with program management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years' experience building and managing MS Project schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio and manage scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead program financials with controllers and leads to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital Technology leaders for resource assignments and schedules.
• Lead teams to implement risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead stakeholder communications across the program.
