Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Cyber – Connected Battlespace Emerging Capabilities (CBEC) programs in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will manage customer-funded initiatives and internal technology development, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and contractual commitments while coordinating with DoD customers and prime contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with EVMS, risk and opportunity management, and cost/schedule tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple customer-funded programs within CBEC.
• Provide program leadership for technical performance, schedule, and contractual commitments.
• Drive pursuit and capture activities to grow the program portfolio.
• Interface with DoW S&T customers (DARPA, AFRL, NRL, NSA) and prime contractors.
