Qualifications

• Senior PM with 10+ years combined experience; at least 5 years overseeing contractor execution.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Proficient in costing, scheduling, staffing, risk management, and PM techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer relationship and expectation management.
• Detail-oriented with organizational, multitasking, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to anticipate needs and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort of ACAT I and II programs or across multiple teams.
• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Manage program and project deliverables for ROI and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage timelines and be accountable for delivering against goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities; produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary interface with government program authorities on technical and program issues.
• Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Manage acquisition and employment of program resources.
