• Experience with NAVY procedures and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as overall lead and manager for ACAT I/II programs and cross-team initiatives.
• Plan scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing with sponsors and PMs.
• Oversee contract requirements and contractor performance.
• Interface with government program authorities on technical issues.
• Identify risks, develop timelines, and report to management.
