Job summary

Sigma Defense in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a large, complex defense support-services program within Navy/DoD portfolios. You will manage cost, schedule, performance, and subcontractors, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are met.

The role requires experience with ACAT I–IV programs, security clearance (Secret), and ability to work onsite.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with relevant defense program management experience.
• Experience with ACAT I–IV major weapons systems.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of a large defense services program.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance and subcontractors.
• Engage with government stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee risk management and program governance.
• Align technical, operational, and financial performance with program objectives.
