Qualifications

• Senior with 10+ years in program management, including 5+ years overseeing contractor execution and resources.
• Strong change management and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Proficient in costing, scheduling, staffing, risk management, and program techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management and expectation setting.
• Attention to detail, organizational, multitasking and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams, ideally with NAVY/NAVAIR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contracted ACAT I and II programs and oversee multiple teams.
• Plan scope, deliverables, resources, budget and timing with sponsors.
• Manage program deliverables and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify requirements from cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Develop timelines and deliver against business goals and objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across projects and report to management.
• Serve as principal interface with government program authorities on issues.
