Qualifications

• Senior - over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 5 of those years overseeing contractor execution and resources.
• Strong change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer relationship skills and expectation management.
• Attention to detail, organization, leadership, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort of ACAT I and II programs or across multiple teams.
• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage program and project deliverables for ROI and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project timelines and be accountable for objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across projects and produce reports.
