Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Principal Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/ES portfolio from Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on leading DoD acquisition activities, coordinating program schedules, and delivering critical PM guidance to government PMs.

Ideal candidates bring DoD acquisition program experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee junior staff while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 20 years’ experience in the discipline, or 30+ years with 12+ in the DoW.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Management support to assist Government PMs and meet guidance (FAR, DoDI 5000.02, etc.).
• Develop, maintain, and revise acquisition reports for Government requirements and programs.
• Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and IMS/IMP reviews.
• Prepare various briefings, schedules, and status reports for senior management.
• Correlate EVM Cost Performance with IMS CDRLs for programs.
• Provide inputs to RFPs, including SOWs, SRDs, and CDRLs; support Life Cycle Logistics.
• Coordinate and oversee acquisition projects and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
