Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead contract execution for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will act as the principal administrator and liaison to Government authorities, driving resource optimization and performance excellence in naval aviation support.

The role requires over 10 years of program management or defense operations experience, DoD security clearance eligibility, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management or defense operations.
• Knowledge of NAVAIR program operations, FAR-based contracting.
• Strong executive leadership and stakeholder briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution and monitor performance against SOW and milestones.
• Act as primary liaison with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.
• Direct staffing, budgeting, and asset deployment to optimize resources.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and maintain schedule and technical integrity.
