Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation professional in McLean, VA to optimize financial processes for Defense and National Security clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead Power Platform implementations, and develop dashboards to enhance performance and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in transformation, analytics, or accounting, with strong communication and PM skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields or related field.
• 2 years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation and project-management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Identify process improvements and align with federal financial policies and audit readiness.
