Guidehouse is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Defense and Security Segment. The role collects, transforms, integrates, and analyzes data to support DHS programs and financial and IT decision making.

You will access data sources, design integration frameworks, and apply advanced analytics including ML to drive insights. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential for meetings, deliverables, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in data.
• Experience in data analytics to address management and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Databricks.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, ML.

Responsibilities

• Access data sources and build data ingestion and integration solutions using APIs, databases, file-based interfaces, and enterprise platforms.
• Aggregate, clean, and QA datasets across sources and standardize mappings to enable interoperability and reporting.
• Develop data models and algorithms; perform exploratory analyses to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead client meetings, draft agendas, document action items, and support business development.
