Job summary

Integrated Production Systems, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the full contract lifecycle for prime contracts and sub‑to‑primes in defense programs. You will serve as lead negotiator with government officers and defense primes, and advise leadership on contractual risk.

The role requires strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, ITAR/EAR controls, and experience with various contract types. Travel and ability to obtain USG clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years government contracts experience, 5+ years DoW.
• High school diploma with 12+ years progressive contracts experience, 9+ years DoW.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR controls.
• Experience with fixed‑price, cost‑reimbursable, incentive, and T&M contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑award, award, administration, and closeout of prime and subcontracts for defense programs.
• Negotiate terms with government COs and defense primes; handle pricing and modifications.
• Develop contracting strategy for new pursuits and OTA agreements.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, MOUs, and licensing agreements.
• Act as primary point of contact for contractual matters with customers and agencies.
• Ensure flow‑down of prime clauses to subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Support audits and CPSR reviews; manage data rights and IP positions.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination on contract performance and changes.
