The Contract Administrator will manage the full contract lifecycle for the MMA program, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and international agreements while proactively managing risk and customer relations.

This role serves as the primary contracts point of contact for assigned programs, supporting DoW prime and subcontracts, FMS, and DCS with international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, contract management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of contract administration experience in defense/aerospace, including direct FIAR/DFARS experience.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex terms.
• Experience with FMS, LOAs, or Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) international agreements.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR as they apply to contract structuring and performance.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) for U.S. government prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Serve as primary contact for contract interpretation, modifications, and correspondence with government and commercial customers.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and other pre-award instruments.
• Monitor and manage contract deliverables, milestones, funding, and performance obligations for timely execution.
• Support international and FMS/DCS cases, coordinating with Business Development and Export Control on compliance.
• Coordinate with Export Control/Trade Compliance on license applications and country restrictions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR and related LOAs and TAAs.
• Identify and flag contractual risks in coordination with Legal, PM, and Engineering.
• Assist in flow-down of prime terms to subcontracts and manage audit-ready files.
• Support training on contract terms and compliance across program teams.
