Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator / Federal Contracts Manager to own complex federal contracts from proposal through closeout. You will draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and consulting agreements while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and proper flow-downs.

You will coordinate with program teams, accounting, subcontractors, and contracting officers to track funding, rates, and labor categories across multiple entities and advise

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Experience with federal subcontracts (FFP, T&M, cost-plus, IDIQ).
• Ability to identify risks and advise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal contracts and subcontracts from proposal to closeout.
• Draft, negotiate, and modify subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and consulting agreements.
• Interpret FAR/DFARS requirements and ensure proper flow-downs.
• Track funding, modifications, rates, and labor across entities.
• Identify risks, resolve disputes, and advise leadership on contractual matters.
• Support proposals, subcontractor invoice reviews, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with program teams, accounting, subcontractors, and government contracting officers.
