Job summary

Leonardo DRS EOIS is seeking a Manager, Contracts to lead the full lifecycle of complex government contracts in support of electro-optical and infrared systems for U.S. soldiers and platforms.

You will drive contract strategy, proposals, negotiations, administration, compliance, and closeout, partnering with program, operations, finance, and senior leadership teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive government contracts experience.
• Strong negotiating skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and manage government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers and subcontractors.
• Monitor contract performance and delivery schedules.
• Oversee proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
• Mentor less-experienced contract staff and provide guidance.
