Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for the WWPS DOD, Air Force. You will own the technical engagement and drive successful cloud implementations across AWS services, including DynamoDB, S3, EC2, and CloudFront.

You will define architectures, respond to RFPs, and become a subject matter expert on security related to customer applications. You will collaborate with defense customers, lead architectural discussions, and share knowledge with the AWS solution architect

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, security).
• 8+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in apps and infrastructures.
• 8+ years IT development or implementation/ consulting experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and success around specific implementation projects.
• Define implementation architectures, respond to RFPs, and develop AWS expertise.
• Share best practices and educate the AWS solution- architect community.
