Amazon in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive Defense Department cloud initiatives. You will own technical engagements, define architectures, and guide RFI/RFP responses while expanding AWS-based solutions with SI partners.

This role focuses on security, enterprise architecture, and pre-sales engagement across the defense market. You will collaborate with sales, BD, and engineering teams to share best practices, learn from top technical minds, and ensure successful

Qualifications

2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
3+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the technical engagement and success around specific implementation projects for Defense customers.
Define implementation architectures and provide inputs to RFI/RFP responses.
Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and how applications are built on the AWS platform; advise on security posture.
