Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to help U.S. Defense Department customers implement cloud solutions using AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, EC2, and CloudFront. You will own the technical engagement and define implementation architectures.

Join a diverse team, develop expert knowledge, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, and guide projects from design to delivery while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years of experience in technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and define implementation architectures for defense cloud projects.
• Provide inputs to RFI/RFP responses and develop expertise in AWS platforms and security considerations.
• Lead efforts to share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solution architect community.
