Arcfield is seeking a senior capture management professional to drive growth and capture initiatives within the EDGE sector. The role reports to the VP of Growth and targets defense and select federal/civil markets, including cyber security, cross-domain solutions, hypersonics, and naval/air force labs.

The successful candidate will act as a player-coach for a small team, develop and implement capture tactics aligned with Shipley practices, and lead price-to-win strategies to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Senior-level capture leadership experience required in DoD or Fed/Civ sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute win strategies and pricing to win.
• Proven mentoring and teaching of teams in capture disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans with win strategies and themes.
• Serve as senior capture expert; codify best practices and audit plans.
• Mentor operations and growth professionals in capture discipline.
• Estimate resources and manage budgets/schedules for capture efforts.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to craft compelling, competitively priced offerings.
• Translate customer requirements into robust bid elements and discriminators.
• Lead gate, pricing, and review activities; document lessons learned.
• Drive teaming strategies and strategic alliances.
