Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a senior capture leader to direct strategic capture efforts for large federal opportunities, including engagement with government clients and cross-functional teams. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR and a proven track record in big-wold capture initiatives.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, develop win strategies, and ensure compliant, competitive proposals that meet customer budgets and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 16 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's.
• 12+ years in capture/proposal in federal space.
• Experience with Shipley capture and proposal management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and defense contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture for opportunities $200M+ and drive milestones.
• Coordinate with BD, SMEs, pricing, and executives to craft proposals.
• Apply Shipley methodologies to develop competitive, compliant proposals.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and teaming plans.
• Engage government clients and stakeholders to align with acquisition strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage prime/subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure pricing aligns with budgets and corporate financial goals.
• Mentor capture teams and promote disciplined best practices.
